Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Town Center Plaza

Drive store profitability and efficiency by executing end-to-end retail operations, including inventory management, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates. Partner with the Operations & Visual Management team to investigate inventory accuracy issues, maintain strong visual standards, support supply management, and collaborate across reporting, budgets, and vendor/facilities relationships while ensuring a safe, well-run store environment.
