Service Writer

Manage customer damage work orders and support the EquipmentShare rental process by writing work orders, ordering parts, and maintaining customer service standards. Respond to inbound leads, guide customers through rentals, and build relationships with contractors to expand the customer base. Assist the service manager with customer and internal work order management, while resolving customer inquiries and keeping customers informed to ensure high satisfaction.
