Drive business growth for Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Hydraulic Attachment Tools (HAT) across the SSEA region by identifying market opportunities, mapping potential customers and sales channels, and maintaining value-based customer engagement. Lead market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to shape effective regional business development strategy. Collaborate cross-divisionally and serve as the main point of contact for GET and HAT enquiries, ensuring internal alignment and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop GET and HAT business opportunities across the SSEA region in close collaboration with the SSEA Regional BLM for Tools and Attachments.
•Map GET and HAT market potential across countries in the SSEA region and establish relationships with sales channels, including distributorships or other indirect channels as needed.
•Deliver product and application knowledge to provide a value-based business approach to customers and potential customers.
•Perform competitive benchmarking to improve channel effectiveness and leverage for customer engagement.
•Act as the main contact for GET and HAT enquiries, maintain market intelligence, and update market trends to define regional business development strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in business development functions, marketing, or sales engineering with international customers.
•Experience in mining and/or construction applications.
•Experience selling GET and Hydraulic Attachment tools (advantage).
•Excellent English communication skills and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
