Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including career and employee appraisals.
  • •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and year-on-year growth; analyze retail key figures and derive actions to improve store performance.
  • •Create staff schedules and coordinate daily deployment (zoning); oversee inventories and staff productivity.
  • •Ensure excellent customer service, evaluate feedback to improve service, and maintain Sephora visual merchandising standards.
