Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Relationship Manager efforts by growing, developing, and effectively managing loan portfolios to ensure positive performance.
  • •Assess portfolio risk through portfolio construction evaluation, financial and credit analysis, and credit policy application.
  • •Review pre- and post-closing credit documentation and submit recurring credit source documents to the bank’s imaging system.
  • •Prepare, review, and monitor compliance and credit-monitoring reports, including tracking loan commitments and outstanding balances.
  • •Monitor past due information and future maturities, alerting Relationship Managers as needed, and perform analysis of key financial metrics for commercial loan grading stratification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar field (preferred).
  • •Experience in banking specifically loan operations, lending, or credit.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills for one-on-one and team environments.
  • •Ability to allocate time effectively to independently prioritize timelines and manage workloads.
  • •Demonstrate ethical behavior and confidentiality while understanding and complying with bank policies, laws, and regulations.
