Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare healthcare regulatory applications (operating licenses, Medicare, Medicaid, and related materials) for new initiatives and change of ownership transactions.
  • •Prepare corporate filings with Secretaries of State and other governmental agencies.
  • •Conduct preliminary legal or business research on corporate, regulatory, or procedural matters.
  • •Collect and organize documents for due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, financings, or corporate reorganizations, and prepare transactional documents.
  • •Support attorneys with project management across multiple matters, including coordinating and overseeing transaction closings and maintaining accurate records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Paralegal Certificate and/or a bachelor’s degree from a highly regarded academic institution.
  • •Excellent academic credentials and strong work ethic.
  • •Superior organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • •High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with legal document management systems, including using AI tools such as Harvey and Copilot.
