Key Responsibilities

  • •Review GFC drawings, specifications, method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions to identify constructability issues and site discrepancies.
  • •Ensure work-front availability and support achievement of agreed construction progress targets.
  • •Supervise installation and commissioning of AGL systems, including runway/taxiway/apron lighting, CCRs, isolation transformers, series circuits, duct banks, cabling, and airfield signage.
  • •Monitor construction progress, proactively identify and resolve delays, constraints, resource shortages, and interface issues across AGL systems, pavements, drainage, utilities, and operational airside facilities.
  • •Conduct inspections and quality/compliance checks; manage testing, commissioning, snagging, defect rectification, and handover documentation and as-built verification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • •5–10 years of experience in electrical construction, project engineering, or infrastructure development.
  • •Minimum 5 years of airport/aviation experience, including AGL and airside electrical systems.
  • •Experience with installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of AGL and airfield electrical infrastructure.
  • •Knowledge of ICAO, FAA, DGCA, IEC, and applicable electrical/airport standards, plus interface coordination across airside works.
