Job Summary

Own product change management, including unreleased product approval and ECO approvals, and implement PCN updates with Global Product Support. Key Responsibilities

•Own product change management (PCM), including unreleased product approval and ECO approval, and implement PCN updates with Global Product Support.
•Provide guidance on field service impact of part/supplier changes and ensure accuracy of customer shipped configurations and BOMs via CaRM reviews.
•Own common modules roadmap and implementation post Phase 5 of ePLC, including component roadmaps for obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction.
•Facilitate intercompany communication to align on product strategies, pricing guidance, spare-level contents, and restricted part orders; support roadmap and market proliferation alignment meetings.
•Manage strategic vendor issues and manage all product changes after release, whether driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands, or supply obsolescence.
