Product Counsel - Banking

Lead legal for new AngelList banking and payments products, shaping the regulatory perimeter across bank partnerships, credit, and securities. Structure and negotiate offerings with sponsor banks, payment processors, card networks, and lenders, and draft terms, disclosures, and product agreements. Partner closely with Compliance on controls and guardrails, advise executives on risks and tradeoffs, and serve as the escalation point for regulators and outside counsel while directly influencing what gets shipped.
