Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications related to the work statement.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor’s, or 3+ years with a Master’s or PhD.
  • •Experience in mission systems integration.
  • •Experience managing risks, cost performance, and schedule performance.
