Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily BAU deliverables and ensure quality and timeliness against agreed PLA, covering Corporate Trust & Loan Agency clients across regions.
  • •Support process standardization of CTLA processes by sharing best practices to enhance cost effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • •Drive rigorous, customer-centric quality campaigns and initiatives; recognize and benchmark service excellence to improve customer satisfaction.
  • •Identify, resolve, and escalate problem situations proactively; implement measures to improve quality and prevent recurrence.
  • •Manage and develop the team by coordinating process improvement initiatives, delivering training, and ensuring MI/reporting and compliance with internal controls, audits, and group compliance policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance and accounting and/or related qualifications and/or relevant work experience.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and fundamentals of accounting.
  • •Strong leadership skills, including developing individuals and planning/organizing work to manage capacity and MI reporting.
  • •Strong analytical, statistical, and data mining skills to study trends, make projections, and interpret numeric information.
  • •Experience driving process improvements and cost control measures, with familiarity with bond/issuance and/or syndicated loan/depository operations preferred.
