Key Responsibilities

•Run the in-house helpdesk and provide fast IT support to employees across geographies.
•Own onboarding and offboarding IT workflows, including provisioning devices, managing access, and recovering hardware/data as headcount grows.
•Design, build out, and maintain AV setups and lead the physical IT buildout for a new office space (networking, AV, and access control).
•Support enterprise-grade network infrastructure buildout, including ongoing hardening and monitoring.
•Assist with endpoint security operations and support MDM operations for tracking, provisioning, and recovering laptops globally.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
•Strong, in-depth AV experience including conference room builds and AV troubleshooting.
•Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or similar) and identity/access tools (Okta, Google Workspace).
•Familiarity with networking devices, firewall configuration, and VPN management.
•Experience coordinating global device logistics and remote provisioning.
