Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, oversight, mentoring, and overall management of the Louisiana Civil Team.
  • •Lead growth and development of the Louisiana Civil team by partnering with local business leaders and clients to expand work.
  • •Lead pursuits, proposals, and other marketing/business development activities, gathering client intelligence.
  • •Produce project plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates, maintaining quality while meeting budgets and schedules across concurrent projects.
  • •Support QA/QC for road design projects and help with scope and fee proposals, agency coordination, permitting, and public participation.

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •15+ years of roadway, highway, and drainage design experience.
  • •At least 5 years leading, managing, and mentoring teams of civil engineers and technicians.
  • •Strong history with Louisiana DOTD projects and programs; experience with state/local governments and transportation agencies.
  • •Professional Engineer License (Louisiana), plus experience using tools such as InRoads, OpenRoads, Bluebeam, and Projectwise.
