Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end payroll transition activity across EMEA, coordinating with payroll teams, vendors, and stakeholders through test, transition, and go-live.
  • •Support payroll teams with data readiness, user acceptance testing, validation, and parallel runs to achieve stabilization after go-live.
  • •Own payroll testing end to end, including test strategy, detailed test scripts, execution, and defect resolution.
  • •Create payroll SOPs, procedures, and work instructions that translate complex payroll and legislative requirements into practical documentation.
  • •Serve as the day-to-day payroll subject matter expert, driving knowledge transfer, embedding payroll controls, and resolving payroll and statutory risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience delivering payroll transitions or payroll implementations, including strong ADP Celergo Payroll experience.
  • •Strong operational payroll expertise in Germany.
  • •Strong understanding of gross-to-net processing, statutory reporting, payroll controls, and audit requirements.
  • •Practical experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, data validation, and reconciliation, plus vendor change or platform migration.
  • •Comfort working independently and driving delivery in complex, fast-moving environments.
