Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
•Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships via pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and referrals.
•Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and strengthen internal partnerships.
•Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking).
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service.
•Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in customer service and sales in banking/financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales.
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking/lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort using technology such as mobile and online banking; knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
