Senior People Business Partner, Engineering

Partner with Engineering and other technical leaders to shape people strategies aligned to business goals. Provide day-to-day HRBP support across employee relations, organizational design, and performance management, while deploying People programs like performance management, career architecture, talent management, and learning and development. Use people data to diagnose challenges and guide decisions, and support change initiatives that build resilient, inclusive, high-performing engineering teams.
