Key Responsibilities

  • •Adopt a client-centric sales strategy and build mutual value with strategically important merchant partners.
  • •Own a strategic UK&I portfolio of clients, including EU and GMAC merchants, and drive business growth aligned to targets.
  • •Establish SME status for your sector and drive cross-functional engagement to progress and secure opportunities at pace.
  • •Drive positive business outcomes by maintaining fluency in Visa seller solutions and articulating Visa’s value proposition.
  • •Maintain accurate, up-to-date reporting using preferred CRM platforms and continuously review market/sector landscapes to implement growth approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Experienced results-oriented Account Director with influencing, selling, and negotiation skills, including relationship and sales partnership development.
  • •Deep experience in payments, financial services, or fintech, with expertise in Value Added Services and product sales.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and communicate at all organizational levels, including executive management.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and geographies in a complex matrix environment.
