Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies within an agentic, production environment.
  • •Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using AI/LLM and the Agentforce platform.
  • •Collaborate with other builders to architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
  • •Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions using consultative skills.
  • •Test, debug, iterate, and deploy improvements, owning work from day one.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •A strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, and comfort working in an AI-native way.
  • •Fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infra.
  • •Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English, and willingness to travel 25-50%.
