Job Summary

Join the E-commerce Global Supply Chain and Logistics team to build deep learning and operations research models that improve global shopping logistics. You’ll use e-commerce big data to predict end-to-end ETA and key logistics events, build logistics network knowledge graphs, and apply NLP/LLM methods for address verification and suggestion. You’ll also develop time-series forecasting for demand and manpower, and use data mining to optimize merchant/creator growth and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep learning and operations research models and intelligent systems for global e-commerce supply chain and logistics.
•Use e-commerce big data and deep learning to predict end-to-end ETA and logistics events such as failed delivery or delivered-but-not-received.
•Build logistics network knowledge graphs and predict spatio-temporal package trajectories using deep learning and statistical inference.
•Apply time-series forecasting to predict sales, including warehouse-level manpower and inventory-level demand.
•Support growth of e-commerce merchants/creators using data mining and machine learning to improve growth algorithms and optimize product performance and pricing/subsidy strategies.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a PhD in fields such as artificial intelligence, computer science, operations research, automation, statistics, mathematics, or related areas, with experience in data mining and deep learning.
•Proficiency in machine learning and statistics, including classification, regression, and clustering with practical experience.
•Strong coding ability with programming languages such as Python and/or Java, and familiarity with machine learning/deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
•Excellent data analysis capabilities, strong initiative, and ability to work well in a team with effective communication.
•Ability to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026, and to state availability and graduation date in the resume.
