Senior Account Executive responsible for owning the outbound sales lifecycle to bring new creator partners to the DubClub platform. You’ll build and optimize sales processes, collaborate with GTM and Product teams, and advocate for customer needs to influence product roadmap, all while driving revenue in a startup environment from a Chicago HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the entire process of winning new business for DubClub, maintaining a vibrant funnel of leads, prospects, opportunities, and recently won accounts.
•Deeply understand partner needs and communicate DubClub’s product offerings to demonstrate growth for partners’ businesses.
•Develop sales infrastructure with foundational playbooks and scripts, leveraging AI and CRM tools to drive efficient, scalable processes.
•Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to relay customer needs and bring in partner specialists to deals as needed, setting partners up for success.
•Advocate for the product roadmap based on industry intel to solve customer pain points and drive marketplace stickiness and growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 annually

•Proven track record in outbound sales and closing deals.
•Experience building sales infrastructure, playbooks, and scripts; ability to leverage AI and CRM tools.

•Based in or willing to work from the Chicago HQ (hybrid 2-3x/week).
