Key Responsibilities

•Own Nova Credit's technology and product strategy across Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Science, and Product & Design, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and mission
•Lead cross-functional initiatives to elevate reliability, scalability, and strategic impact of the enterprise-grade platform and support the team in a fast-paced development environment
•Act as a connective force across Build and other functions to keep engineering, product and analytics priorities aligned
•Identify where AI creates durable competitive advantage and guide how it is applied to products and operations
•Coach, mentor, and develop managers across functions to foster a culture of growth and high performance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 325,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in software engineering, with a career arc that has grown from hands-on technical work into executive leadership spanning engineering, product, and data science functions
•5+ years in an executive role with ownership over multiple technical and product functions at a high-growth technology company
•Deep ability to engage in architectural decisions, set a high bar for engineering quality, and ship complex systems, not just manage people
•Experience building and leading layered organizations through managers, developing talent, sustaining high performance, and retaining talent
•Ability to translate market opportunity and customer insight into a compelling, differentiated roadmap and partner effectively with design and data science to bring it to life
