Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrity of the NA balance sheet, including current reconciliations and explainable variance movements in monthly management accounts.
  • •Lead NA compliance risk oversight by managing the compliance calendar and early-warning process via external advisers and tax specialists.
  • •Act as trusted finance partner to NA Sales and GTM leadership for forecast accuracy, pipeline-to-revenue linkage, and commissions economics.
  • •Own the NA P&L narrative and translate regional performance into decision-ready inputs for FP&A and company leadership.
  • •Drive revenue risk and collections outcomes, including aged/disputed balance resolution and initiatives to reduce NA DSO.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial finance and/or FP&A business partnering, ideally supporting Sales or GTM.
  • •Strong comfort partnering with Sales/RevOps on commissions, forecasting, and pipeline-linked economics.
  • •Experience owning spend or expense controls that support the business while maintaining governance.
  • •Comfort directing US and Canadian statutory and sales tax compliance through external advisers.
  • •Experience in a multi-entity or multi-currency business with a high degree of autonomy.
