Job Summary

Drive new relationships and manage accounts for a nationwide home renovation network. As an outside sales rep, you’ll learn product lines, negotiate deals, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, working with leadership to hit sales quotas across multiple states in a growing company within the home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
•Promote company products and services and develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
•Provide best-in-class customer experience and meet planned sale goals/quotas.
•Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

•Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise; approachable demeanor; own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license.
