Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate the carrier integration program using timelines, status trackers, risk/decision logs, and launch-readiness checklists.
  • •Set the pace for the integration squad, ensuring internal teams and carriers follow the shared plan.
  • •Own delivery end-to-end by tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks, and driving resolution across Product, Engineering, and Connectivity Operations.
  • •Partner as a technical peer with Engineering by understanding API contracts and integration flows well enough to unblock architecture decisions.
  • •Translate carrier documentation into an execution plan and run technical alignment with agendas and decision logs to prevent timeline risks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in technical program/project management, technical delivery, or solutions/partner engineering, with hands-on experience running API-based integrations.
  • •Comfortable reading API documentation and technical specs and holding substantive technical conversations about architecture and tradeoffs.
  • •Own ambiguous, multi-stakeholder builds end-to-end, including external partners, from kickoff to launch.
  • •Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, and external carrier/vendor stakeholders, including at leadership level.
