Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair damaged upholstery materials such as cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, and vinyl.
  • •Repair interior components including center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching.
  • •Color match and dye cloth and fabric for repaired upholstery.
  • •Repair window/windshield glass by addressing cracks, scratches, and break patterns.
  • •Work in Carvana Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools and be able to support mandatory overtime based on business needs.

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior repair and/or glass repair.
  • •Highly skilled in repairing damaged cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery.
  • •Ability to repair center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, plastic components, and stitching.
  • •Ability to perform glass repair, including fixing stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows/windshields.
  • •Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
