Job Summary

Build and deliver end-to-end, high-quality software features with an emphasis on AI-driven development. Conduct technical spikes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate new tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns, then translate requirements from Product and Design into scalable solutions. Ensure quality through automated testing, write/review code, and participate in diagnosing and resolving production issues. Mentor junior engineers while continuously exploring new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Run technical spikes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns in AI and agent-driven development.
•Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable product features end to end with a focus on AI-driven development.
•Partner with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned with the long-term vision.
•Maintain high quality by writing/reviewing code, creating test plans, and implementing automated tests.
•Participate in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving production issues, and share knowledge by mentoring junior engineers.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional software development experience and a track record of scaling SaaS applications.
•Proficiency in at least one OOP language (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript).
•Deep understanding of modern web frameworks (e.g., React.js, Node.js) and web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JSON).
•Solid relational database and SQL knowledge, plus experience building performant RESTful APIs.
•Experience with system-level design and engineering best practices across distributed systems, including test automation for unit and functional testing.
