Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform audits of checks and balances, including ISO processes and procedures to verify compliance and standard work sustain audits.
  • •Prepare, conduct, and document PFMEAs.
  • •Prepare and update control plans, facility work instructions, and quality forms; maintain document changes through the Master document list and IQS.
  • •Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports (e.g., specifications sheets and line drawings/green bar reports) and keep records per the quality system.
  • •Participate in corrective action (8D), conduct root cause analysis, issue double checklist and quality alerts, support rapid improvement events, and travel to other facilities for PFMEA events when required.
