Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to and maintain cGMP principles while providing engineering support and maintenance activities.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, inspect corrective actions, and evaluate equipment/components/systems to meet business requirements.
  • •Ensure safety protocols are monitored and enforced within the Engineering Section.
  • •Manage maintenance for sterile production and packaging equipment (e.g., freeze dryers, washing/sterilizing systems, filling/sealing, inspection machines, cartoners, cleaning machines, and autoclaves).
  • •Track work orders/notifications in SAP, generate reports and logbooks, manage spare parts inventory, and provide technical support and training on new equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering with strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.
  • •5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or food industries, including hands-on maintenance of sterile equipment and electronics.
  • •Strong knowledge of sterile equipment operations/components and of pharma machinery installation, preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • •Expertise in mechanical, electronics, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus competence in maintenance documentation and GED (Good Engineering Documents).
  • •Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.), with familiarity with SAP and EQMS systems.
