Develop and maintain C# .NET applications within an AGILE/ITIL-aligned Technical Support Team. •Handle application-related incidents at 2nd and 3rd levels, including bug fixing, development, testing, Change Request implementation, monitoring, and user support for applications like SAP, SIECUS, EDI clearing, etc.
•Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades.
