Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage portfolio risk by ensuring timeliness and accuracy of credit actions and supporting consistent credit decisions and documentation.
  • •Underwrite new originations and analyze borrower financials, property cash flows, collateral valuation, sponsor strength, covenant sensitivities, and market conditions.
  • •Support existing transactions and ground-up construction projects, including budget monitoring and construction draw reviews through completion.
  • •Assist with new deal originations and participate in preparing and negotiating term sheets as applicable.
  • •Monitor assigned CRE relationships by spreading borrower financials, preparing quarterly trend and covenant compliance analyses, maintaining credit monitoring databases, and escalating emerging risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Two or more years of experience in a finance/analytical related role.
  • •Strong foundation in CRE underwriting across multiple property types, including cash flow, valuation, sponsor analysis, structure, and covenants.
