Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, analyze, and report fleet KPIs for health, reliability, and operational availability; identify trends and corrective actions.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for strategic suppliers, manage vendor performance, and ensure SLAs are met.
  • •Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and production to plan major maintenance blocks, retrofits, and modifications with minimal disruption.
  • •Ensure fleet compliance with FAA, EASA, and other aviation regulatory authorities, maintaining documentation and airworthiness standards.
  • •Manage day-to-day transportation operations, fleet team and subcontractors, including vehicles procurement/leasing, inventory/logs, and budgeting/forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field; master’s degree or relevant aviation certifications (e.g., A&P License) is a plus OR 10+ years of experience in aircraft fleet management, airline operations, or aviation asset management.
  • •Deep understanding of commercial aircraft systems (Airbus preferred), maintenance programs (AMP), and aviation regulatory frameworks.
  • •Proven track record managing large-scale supplier transitions or operational changes with strong stakeholder alignment and communication.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data, reliability reports, and financial metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • •Exceptional communication skills to present technical and strategic proposals to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
