Support service delivery for an infogérance contract at the client site in Bruyères-le-Châtel (91). Ensure quality and security per contractual commitments, coordinate production units, manage KPI/SLA execution, and lead team meetings. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure the agreed quality of service and security levels per contractual commitments.
•Coordinate and motivate the activities of various actors to guarantee optimal operation of production units (planning, SLAs, team meetings).
•Implement actions to achieve ROC-prioritized objectives (KPI tracking, CVE handling, etc.).
•Propose actions to improve dossier handling and processing times; analyze dysfunctions with internal teams and/or the client.
•Collaborate with internal teams on ticket handling and interface with the client; follow up with teams on alerts and delays; analyze escalated dossiers to adjust operating procedures and prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) from an engineering school or equivalent; 5 years minimum in a similar role
•Rigorous, methodical, and analytical; ability to analyze and synthesize
•Excellent relational skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-IT interlocutors
•Experience in leading cross-functional coordination and meetings; ability to manage stakeholders
•Knowledge of service delivery, KPIs, SLAs, and incident/problem management processes
