Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure civil construction contractors’ supervision and manpower comply with HSES policy, site regulations, permit-to-work procedures, and client requirements.
  • •Ensure contractors strictly adhere to Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans (ITPs), procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities (site preparation, earthworks, piling, foundations, concrete works, buildings, steel structures, underground services, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning).
  • •Monitor field construction progress and ensure completion aligns with approved schedules, quality requirements, and project objectives.
  • •Conduct site inspections/walk-downs, punch listing and verification; review construction methodologies, risk assessments, and job safety analyses to support safe execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Have legal working rights in Thailand and be a qualified Civil Supervisor.
  • •Have 10+ years of relevant construction experience and suitability with a Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
  • •Demonstrate extensive experience managing civil construction works such as site preparation, piling, foundations, concrete works, buildings, structural steel, testing, walk-downs, punch listing, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning.
  • •Have experience on live plant and major EPCM projects in heavy industrial environments (e.g., greenfield, brownfield, turnaround, shutdown, or revamp).
  • •Possess strong knowledge of civil construction drawings/specifications and HSES processes, including preparation/review of Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments.
