Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the roadmap for fleet management and internal tooling across device inventory/health and operational workflows.
  • •Define the end-to-end dock service experience from issue detection and remote diagnosis through dispatch, parts, repair, verification, and closure to reduce mean time to repair and repeat visits.
  • •Drive feature definition and prioritization in collaboration with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • •Prototype and validate intuitive workflows that abstract complexity for customers.
  • •Engage customers/prospects and stakeholders to develop and iterate user personas and use-case requirements, and communicate progress through launch and adoption.
