Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve FieldPulse’s long-term product strategy and roadmap based on company goals, market trends, and customer insights.
  • •Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management organization, including career paths and coaching frameworks.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product priorities with business needs and communicate product narratives to stakeholders.
  • •Translate customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and usage analytics into actionable product decisions.
  • •Oversee disciplined product development processes from discovery and MVP definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
