•Lead a global team of architects and functional leads to streamline the business using S/4HANA, BTP, SAP ECC, and integrated AI.
•Define the multi-year SAP roadmap for migration from JDE to SAP ECC and to S/4HANA, enabling scalability and reduced technical debt.
•Standardize global business processes across regions to eliminate shadow IT and reduce custom-code bloat.
•Explore SAP BTP capabilities, including AI-driven forecasting and automated financial closing.
•Architect end-to-end SAP solutions with robust integrations across core modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, PS) and connected platforms; manage vendors/MSPs/offshore delivery to ensure SLA and quality adherence.

•Experience collaborating with global process owners and regional teams to deliver compliant global solutions and country-specific localizations.
•Demonstrated success leading end-to-end S/4HANA migration programs, including SAP solutions involving Vistex and Trade Promotion Management.
