Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the site electrical safety program in full compliance with OSHA 1910 CFR, NFPA 70E, Eaton requirements, and site-specific policies; maintain and update standards and documentation.
  • •Develop and implement electrical safety improvement plans, including capital and non-capital projects that reduce risk and improve employee safety performance.
  • •Manage electrical safety projects from concept through completion, verifying corrective actions are sustained.
  • •Conduct routine electrical safety GEMBA assessments, track findings, assign corrective actions, and verify closure.
  • •Administer and audit the Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) PPE program, lead QEW training and competency development, and track/ trend safety performance metrics and corrective action completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Occupational Safety, or a related technical field; or an Associate’s degree with 5+ years in electrical safety, electrical testing, or manufacturing engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical safety, electrical testing, manufacturing engineering, industrial maintenance, EHS, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 CFR, NFPA 70E, and Electrical Safe Work Practices (ESWP).
  • •Experience using Electrical Test Control Assessment and Electrical Risk Assessment tools to identify hazards and mitigate risk.
  • •Experience conducting electrical safety audits, GEMBA reviews, or compliance assessments in manufacturing or industrial environments.
