Job Summary

Lead a global Field Engineering organization and define the strategy that demonstrates nCino’s Agentic banking platform through client-focused demos and outcome-centric engagements. Partner with CRO, Regional GMs, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Professional Services to align GTM execution, build operational standards and metrics, and elevate AI fluency. Drive team development for pre-sales Product Specialists and Solution Architects across NA, EMEA, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead a Field Engineering strategy that raises the bar for how nCino engages clients, prospects, and partners through compelling demonstrations.
•Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing global Field Engineering organization of pre-sales Product Specialists and Solution Architects.
•Own the global demo strategy and standards, including demo environment and POC tooling strategy.
•Build and standardize global enablement systems, discovery methodologies, coverage models, engagement frameworks, and effectiveness metrics across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
•Provide cross-functional strategic leadership to ensure aligned handoffs and a seamless client experience across the journey, extending partnership with Product and Engineering and collaborating with Partnerships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree with 16+ years of professional experience in enterprise and mid-market software, including 6+ years leading global Field Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or pre-sales organizations at scale with focus on Financial Services.
•Strong technical competence and AI fluency with deep banking domain expertise across loan origination, onboarding, account opening, and portfolio management.
•Proven track record building and scaling technical pre-sales teams across multiple geographies, including EMEA and APAC.
•Expertise in outcome-based selling and executive-level engagement strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise and mid-market deals.
•Experience partnering with a CRO and cross-functional C-suite leaders to align Field Engineering strategy with broader revenue goals.
