Job Summary

DevSecOps engineer for Reckitt’s Global Integration Platform, delivering secure, automated integration solutions on Azure. Owns security-embedded CI/CD pipelines, IAM and access controls, tooling and templates for integration teams, and platform monitoring. Partners with cyber security, platform engineering, and architects to standardise secure patterns, automate infrastructure via IaC, and drive reliability, cost optimisation, and operational excellence across development, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate security tooling into the delivery lifecycle, including code scanning, dependency checks, and secrets management.
•Provide DevSecOps tooling, guidance, and templates to integration engineering teams.
•Implement and maintain identity and access controls for integration platforms.
•Collaborate with Cyber Security teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
•Define secure patterns for APIs, messaging, and event‑driven integrations.

Key Requirements

•3-6 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or platform engineering roles.
•Strong experience with Azure DevOps and/or Git-based CI/CD tooling.

•Understanding of IAM, network security, and secure software delivery practices.
•Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, YAML).
