  • •Continuously assess and manage impact to scope, plan, budget, quality, stakeholders, and risk.
  • •Integrate stakeholder management into the overall project management approach.
  • •Build strong customer relationships with partners requiring different business and technical needs.
  • •Own scheduling, keep teams on-task, and track milestones, landmarks, and deliverables while calling out risks.
  • •Represent teams in high-level technical conversations with customers and partners.
  • •Ensure teams’ roadmaps stay on track by handling risks and surfacing needs for change when necessary.
