Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with the client and other consultants across all project stages.
  • •Manage financial performance, including prompt client invoicing and monitoring project financial status using financial systems.
  • •Create and manage project plans, including producing the detailed project plan and preparing formal budget progress and other reports.
  • •Monitor performance management techniques, apply quality control, and manage the change control process.
  • •Manage governance and project information flow through regular meetings and written communications, including proposals for new work or variations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7 years of experience as a Project Manager on public sector projects, including verticals, renovations, deferred maintenance, and tenant improvements.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing budgets and schedules and providing strategic advice during project conception.
  • •Proven client-facing communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
  • •Experience working as an effective team member, managing demanding stakeholders, and experience with work stream managers.
  • •BS degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture (AA acceptable with sufficient project experience).
