Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all leased properties, including faculty housing, academic/administrative leased spaces, office spaces, retail/commercial units, and short-stay campus accommodation.
  • •Maintain visibility of lease commitments, expirations, financial liabilities, and utilization levels to support portfolio planning and growth strategy.
  • •Lead lease negotiations, renewals, amendments, and high-value/high-risk discussions; review and approve lease documentation with Legal for compliance.
  • •Oversee rental commitments and ensure financial accuracy, monitor escalations and service charges, and prepare/manage the annual real estate budget with cost optimization.
  • •Supervise the Leasing Specialist and Hospitality Specialist; ensure compliant operations, reporting accuracy, and centralized audit-ready lease and property records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in real estate portfolio/property management or corporate real estate within a structured organization.
  • •Experience managing commercial and residential lease portfolios, including long-term housing and institutional or office spaces.
  • •Proven track record in lease negotiation, renewals, and contract management with strong financial oversight and budget control.
  • •Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, leasing regulations, and compliance requirements, with stakeholder management across landlords, legal, and finance.
