Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop 3-year capex rolling plans with business stakeholders.
  • •Lead the annual capex project lifecycle from planning and concept development through design, costing, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • •Embed strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS standards and local regulations, maintaining documentation and audit trails.
  • •Drive value engineering and cost-efficiency; monitor system performance and run post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil.
  • •Registered Professional with Engineers Board.
  • •At least 7 years as a design/project engineer or maintenance engineer (or combination) in FMCG, plus at least 3 years in other senior roles in supply.
  • •Certified PMP—project management.
  • •Strong project financial appraisal and project management skills.
