Manager, Fleet Client Services

Lead and grow a portfolio of fleet maintenance clients in a high-volume territory, driving retention, revenue, and customer churn performance. Manage and support a scheduling team to optimize work volumes and staffing while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Serve as a manager-level escalation point for complex issues, align Cox Automotive product/service solutions to client business models, and partner with Sales and Field Operations to maximize value.
