Job Summary

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of the Zayed Sustainability Prize events portfolio, including the annual Awards Ceremony and activities during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week. Own the annual events calendar, build project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate logistics and event concepts. Oversee external agencies, suppliers, and vendor onboarding while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement through post-event reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual Zayed Sustainability Prize events calendar aligned to strategic priorities.
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all events, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
•Identify, manage, and coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and service providers, including procurement and requisition processes.
•Monitor event budgets, timelines, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
•Oversee event logistics and on-site delivery (venues, branding, production, technical requirements, protocol, hospitality, transportation) and run post-event evaluations and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
•At least 5 years of progressive experience planning and delivering corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, or stakeholder engagement initiatives (concept through execution).
•Experience managing external agencies, suppliers, and vendors, including responsibility for budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
•Strong project and event management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities.
•Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic skills are an advantage.
