Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor computerized knowledge-based exams and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills
  • •Ensure test event delivery by monitoring rosters, setting up/cleaning up the site, and controlling the test area
  • •Verify identification, monitor candidates during exams, and observe and rate practical exam performance
  • •Protect exam content through administering computer-based testing and handle technical tasks such as rebooting workstations and resetting passwords
  • •Resolve candidate issues or escalate them; report occurrences outside guidelines; maintain appointment scheduling and site relationships

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation
  • •1 year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications
  • •Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to solve problems independently
  • •Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel to test events
