Job Summary

Administer and score the Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) exam by proctoring computerized knowledge tests and observing candidates’ clinical skills. Ensure test event delivery and security, verify identification, manage the testing environment, and resolve candidate issues. Serve as an ambassador for Prometric by building strong relationships with testing sites and maintaining online appointment scheduling. Work part-time with events primarily Monday–Friday within a set driving radius.

Key Responsibilities

•Proctor computerized knowledge-based exams and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills
•Ensure test event delivery by monitoring rosters, setting up/cleaning up the site, and controlling the test area
•Verify identification, monitor candidates during exams, and observe and rate practical exam performance
•Protect exam content through administering computer-based testing and handle technical tasks such as rebooting workstations and resetting passwords
•Resolve candidate issues or escalate them; report occurrences outside guidelines; maintain appointment scheduling and site relationships

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation
•1 year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill
•Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications

•Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel to test events
