Key Responsibilities

  • •Immerse in a fast-paced 24-month MT programme with hands-on experience and world-class learning.
  • •Build understanding of purpose, values, strategy, and how the bank serves customers and delivers sustainable growth.
  • •Work on bank-wide projects and opportunities linked to Hong Kong–Mainland connectivity and development.
  • •Develop core competencies through one of the business streams, including Retail Banking and Wealth.
  • •Strengthen commercial and leadership mindset while supporting growth priorities such as AI and digital innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Obtain, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 degree classification or higher (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 3 years’ full-time work experience, or due to graduate by July 2027.
  • •Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
  • •Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong.
