Key Responsibilities

•Support clients in developing, implementing, and optimising procurement and funding strategies for greener programmes aligned to Net Zero targets.
•Understand and apply factors influencing programme set up, development, and delivery across the programme lifecycle.
•Contribute to assessment of business challenges, development of an optimal solution, and implementation of that solution.
•Tailor established processes, tools, and systems to specific circumstances and support their continuous improvement.
•Use communication and influencing skills to support adoption of business outcomes and deliver high-quality client care, while identifying business generation opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Degree or Masters or MBA qualification (or equivalent experience).
•Experience in project finance and/or business case development, preferably for decarbonisation and Net Zero, renewable energy, defence, or water.
•Experience working with the public sector, managing transactions/projects in public-sector delivery settings across a range of sectors and organisations.
•Understanding of UK policy guidance and economic benefit assessment, including social value, community benefits, and low carbon transition.
•Knowledge of project finance and private capital’s role in infrastructure development, particularly for decarbonisation and Net Zero (including relevant related technologies/services).
