Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute across the full project lifecycle, including transport planning, detailed design, and construction support
  • •Deliver technical design work across pavements, drainage, traffic, and broader civil infrastructure disciplines
  • •Support project delivery through coordination, technical input, and oversight of design packages on TMR and local government projects
  • •Work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including highway upgrades, bridges, flood mitigation works, and local council road and footpath improvements in the Mackay region
  • •Build strong capability in TMR standards while developing into a well-rounded, multi-disciplinary transport and civil infrastructure engineer within a supportive team environment

Key Requirements

  • •1–5 years’ post-graduate experience in civil engineering or related field
  • •Experience in transport, roads or civil infrastructure projects, with exposure to transport infrastructure engineering highly regarded
  • •Familiarity with or interest in TMR standards and specifications, particularly in pavement, drainage and traffic design
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • •Based in Mackay or willing to relocate to Mackay for the role
