Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, assess, and manage change controls related to commercialization activities, including cross-functional impact assessments and proactive risk escalation.
  • •Ensure change controls are documented in compliance with Good Documentation Practices and other GxP requirements, tracking progress against timelines.
  • •Support creation and continuous improvement of the product Variation Management process and coordinate post-approval variations aligned to internal approval and implementation windows.
  • •Maintain variation trackers with traceability between variations, change controls, manufacturing, and artwork updates, synchronizing timelines across Regulatory, Change Control, and artwork development.
  • •Develop commercialization project plans, timelines, and risk logs; facilitate cross-functional meetings to closure; provide status reporting and support additional commercialization projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, or Business Administration.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain and/or Project Management experience in the Life Sciences industry with commercial products.
  • •Demonstrated experience with change and variation management processes in a regulated environment.
  • •Experience working across multiple markets/jurisdictions (EU, LACAN, MENA & APAC).
  • •Strong understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and the pharmaceutical industry’s quality best practices.
